, only displayed, the exterior needs a little TLC, the chandelier has one burnt bulb, the newel post bulb is burnt out
the front porch lights were each wired for electricity (they are not wired to the lights in the interior of the house), the left porch light does not work (its wires have snapped) and the brass lantern is loose and needs to be reattached to the house, there are two small holes to the carpeting on the stairs (the fourth step from the top), wallpaper around second story windows has a few spots of torn paper
the wooden siding on the house sides has areas of damage and the top white wooden trim on the back side of the house (under the roof line) is missing, and the back panel no longer has its side trim pieces
