Newly built, the one inch scale St. Charles dollhouse is reminiscent of the famous Garden District houses in New Orleans.
This is a very special dollhouse, made of 3/8" Baltic birch, a superior quality material not seen very much anymore.  There are 7 generously sized rooms (approx. 11x13" each), 2 porches, and a unique side opening feature.  The inside is unfinished, waiting for you to decorate to your taste.
Included are: 2 laser cut interior staircases with railings, laser cut porch fencing, 6 single windows, a French door and an ornate front door.  All of these pieces are waiting for your install to make decorating easier.
The outside has milled in clapboard, finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter paint with a little dark gray and white for contrast. The two doors open and close.
Approx. 28"l x 29"h x 16"d.
This dollhouse if for local pickup only.  We are located in Southern New York State, convenient to Western Connecticut and Northern New Jersey.  Because of the generous size, this house will require two adults for carrying and a large enough van or minivan.  It may or may not fit on a car's back seat.  Please see this description and the pictures for measurements and plan accordingly.
