    The Carlisle 30888 Ninth Size Pan is durable and made of high heat plastic. StorPlus™ High Heat Food Pans excel in high temperature applications with a temperature range of -40 - 380F. Reinforced top and bottom corners on both pan and lid help prevent chipping and cracking. Spoonable bottoms make removal of contents easier and helps prevent food waste. Molded-in capacity indicators are listed in both quarts and liters. Textured non-slip finish on corners, sides, bottom and lid reduce scratches, and the smooth interior finish makes for easy clean-up. Food Pan sizes meet specifications for use in food bars and steam tables. Dishwasher safe. NSF listed. Available in black or amber.
