Welcome to our store. We have been in business since 2011. Our items have come from private collectors, estate sales, and our own collection. Since our items are specialty collector items or vintage and could be one of a kind please be sure when bidding or buying that we do not offer returns. We describe all items to the best of our ability. When an item is listed as new than to the best of our knowledge the item has never been opened NRFB (never removed from box).
Buyers assume full responsibility of item/s when opening up boxes and removing items listed as new (sealed) because we do not offer warranties to condition of items. What you see in the photos is what you receive.
Lots are sold TOGETHER. We do not sell dolls individually out of lots and appreciate not being asked to.
We feel our prices are competitive and listings are not set up to take offers.
Domestic shipping:
Due to increased shipping cost we no longer offer combined shipping. You can still pay for all items using one payment but items will be shipped separately and tracking provided to buyer for each package. Each listing will be packed at the time listing is created and that will speed up shipping time. Items are insured at no extra cost to the buyer. If item is damaged or (received in any other condition than as shown in listing) buyer agrees to pay for returned shipping cost.

House removed from box for photos never assembled as most contents are still factory sealed. Includes as shown in photos box condition which has wear, is torn in places with old tape residue and ink writing. Also instructions, bag containing 5 windows and a front door, chimney, bagged screws/anchors, 3 bags of furniture, doll house sides, roof eaves, 2 partitions, (one has to be physically assembled (bent) to fit into house, instructions show how), second floor, front of house, roof, foundation. Some glare to photos shown from camera. No warranties to assembly or sealed bagged furniture pieces, item is made in USA and sold as shown in photos. Large heavy box , may take longer for delivery than estimated in listing. Shipper may experience shipping delays.
