It is a Reproduction of 1928 composition Patsy Ann Doll. The doll is made from molds of the original doll.

This 18" tall doll is an exact reproduction of the original 1928 Patsy doll. She is cast in a specially formulated collector quality hard vinyl. She is jointed at neck, shoulders, and hips. She has working sleep eyes. She is wearing a reproduction of an original outfit made by Effanbee for the original Patty Ann doll. She has on a red and white polka dot cotton dress. Over that is a red velvet coat with a black felt Tam and black patent shoes. She has a reproduction of the original gold heart shaped Effanbee hang tag and a certificate. She was limited to 2800 pieces worldwide.
