This newly made room box is hand built out of 1/4" MDF which is very sturdy and resists warping.  This room box features:
Beautiful 2 level room box - LARGE - 18 inches wide!
Upper entry level has french door with brass door handle, decorative laser cut railing and steps to lower floor.  Lower Floor has lovely bay window and plenty of space to decorate.
Custom Wallpaper in a subtle light blue floral.
Beautiful oak floors, wood baseboards and trim.
Finished exterior with removable "porch".  The porch is covered in brick wallpaper and the room box can be used with or without it.
Interior Measurements:  Lower floor is 12 1/2 inches wide x 12 inches deep.  Upper level is 5 1/2 inches wide x 12 inches deep.  Ceiling is 11 3/4 high.
Exterior is 18 3/4 inches wide x 12 1/2 inches high x 15 inches deep with bay window pop out.
This room box is 1:12 in scale. For the adult collector.
