The LorAnn Professional Bakery Emulsions distinguished from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The LorAnn emulsions are particularly suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choice for cakes, biscuits, cookies and fillings, such as butter icing and desserts.
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavour is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation process enables the flavour to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
LorAnn Bakery Emulsions are not suitable for flavouring chocolate or hard candy due to their high water content; however, emulsions can be used to flavour candy centers.

We are a small family run business that has been operating since 2009, we started as a family bakery and then ventured hope spreading the love to all bakers who wanted to create their own wonderful cake creations.
We are located in the lovely historic town of Rochester, where we operate our retail business 6 days a week. So if you ever need to call us or pop in, then you are always welcome, as we are always here to help.
