kitagawa 8 inch chuck center adapter cnc lathe hydraulic driver ? Machine shop

20H309 up for sale is a center plug for a kitagawa hydraulic chuck , this looks like a speciality type center adapter , has a O ring in the back inner diameter this might be a face driver adapter , has three O ring ports on the front , and three threaded holes , nice adapter for yiur lathe , dont know exact use but like i said above this might be a face driver adapter , ? this has a back diameter of 2.203 and the front diameter at the top of the triangle is 3 1/4 inch as best we can measure this measures about 2.145  long , this comes loose as shown in the photos , see our store for more items like this we add new items like this weekly , thank you rwk
for more clairification this has a back diameter of 55.97 MM then a smaller area that is 40 MM x 7 MM LONG , the 55.97 MM part is 41.04 MM long , the total length is 54.46 MM , the small center hole at the front is 15.03 MM x 15.11 MM deep
if anyone looking at this chuck part knows the exact function let me know , we have not seen this type of center part more solid like this it appears to be a special unit for the chuck center
