You are looking at a used/display model
"KEEFE MODEL A ANCHOR WINCH".
This was removed from a marine store that closed and had used it for display purposes.
This marine store was a big dealer of KEEFE.  The other items we have that do with winches are all Keefe.
That being said, this looks like a Keefe from the top portion of it.  I'm not sure of the motor, etc that lay below it.  (I can't find any markings on it)
This is the exact way they had it displayed.  I plugged it in and it runs very nice.
The reel is a brass/bronze/with blacked color mixed in, great color.  It is used, there are blemishes in the color of the reel, etc.  Please look at all of the pictures.  It does come with the metal frame you see it displayed on .  It also comes with the starter box you see below in the metal frame that the power runs through.
The windlass weighs in at an approx. weight of 100 pounds (The spec's say).  That's not counting the metal box frame you see in the pictures.

I believe these specs match this unit - but could vary some if not.
