A 10" high by 6-1/2" wide by 3-1/4" deep this do it yourself dollhouse wooden kit is our easiest to assemble and when you are done it looks just like an old dollhouse. It's make an excellent prop to display with dolls ranging from 11" high to 18" high. The kit includes both interior and exterior wall paper for you to cut out and glue to the walls after you have assembled the wooden structure itself. We offer 2 other projects for sale on ebay that include cardstock furniture. Note that there are two floors. A fun project to do with children or just for yourself.

You can create our first dollhouse very quickly and easily following our included directions . It is a fun project to do with children. The finished dimensions are 10" high by 6-1/2" wide by 3-1/4" deep. We sized our house to be displayed as a doll's dollhouse especially suitable for a 12" to 18" doll to play with like Bleuette or an American Girl. My Bleuette doll is shown for size comparison and is not included in this kit. Newly added is our wonderful McLoughlin interior wallpaper.  1/2" scale furniture would fit very nicely inside. Note that there are two floors.
By popular request, our new McLoughlin Cardstock Dollhouse Furniture now includes a size to fit inside this house. This is purchased separately.
Please take a look at our second Bliss style dollhouse which is 18-1/2" high. It is more challenging to complete but will have the roof, house, and base preassembled. Retail price on it will be .00
The following is included in this kit:
Sixteen pieces of wood precut with complete instructions on how to use them to assemble the project.
Cardstock graphics to cover the front, sides, and dormer.
Newly added cardstock graphics for both interior rooms wallpaper.
Complete instructions and color photos of assembly process like those shown here.
What you need to provide to complete this project:
White craft glue like Elmer's or Designer Tacky
Scissors
Dark green or other color of your choice of acrylic paint and the brush to apply it.
Fixative or shoe polish to seal and antique after all parts are glued
Optional clamps to hold the wooden parts securely while your glue is drying
