Handmade Vintage Cape Cod Cottage Style Doll House w/ Furniture - REDUCED

Looks like it belongs near a beach in Martha’s Vineyard. This extra large and very sturdy doll house is well built with wood by a family friend who was a carpenter in the 1970s. I especially love the red shingled roof, the bay window and the adorable little window planter box. The furniture pictured is handmade and included. Check out the tiny area rugs. There is even a harp (It needs new strings). Please see all photos for details. The doll house has a moderate weight for it’s size. It measures 62” wide X 30” tall. Local pickup only but willing to meet within 30 miles of the Baltimore area. Also if you have a shipper already willing to work with them to get it to you.
