The seal is attached directly to the floor creating a physical barrier preventing moisture from seeping in where there may be an uneven surface. The threshold is one solid piece of vinyl with no gaps or cracks so your barrier is solid. This product is compatible with all types of doors. One cartridge of adhesive included for mounting trim directly to floor.
