ACT, Inc. makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, specifically any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ACT, Inc. disclaims any reliance by buyer on ACT Inc’s skill, or judgment to select or furnish the goods for any particular purpose, expressed or implied. Customer is responsible for all shipping & rigging costs.

TERMS:
All payments must be received within 10 business and prior to shipment of machine. All sales in CA are subject to applicable federal, state, and local use, sales and excise taxes which the Buyer agrees to pay, and which will be billed as part of the selling price, or separately, if the Seller is required by any taxing authority to collect and pay such a tax.

Local pickup is ok.  Any item not picked up within 30 days from End of Sale, will be charged 10% of items cost per month for storage.
