Featuring a rolled edge for dripless pouring and ergonomic, riveted handles for safe lifting. The sauteuse pan also has a brushed and polished stainless steel body with an encapsulated aluminum disk that is impact bonded, making it perfect for magnetic induction. The tempered glass lid is shatter-resistant and oven safe up to 425°F.
