These Colmaster food pans integrate the convenience of a non-ice cold holding solution with patent-pending color change technology to quickly allow workers to see when temperatures are no longer safe. Each CoolCheck? container is filled with an exclusive, non-toxic refrigerant gel that eliminates the mess and inconvenience of ice. These Coldmaster food pans only require one overnight "charge" in the freezer to keep product at or below 41°F for six to eight hours. As the contents change temperature, the vessel changes from blue to white. These Coldmaster food pans are dishwasher safe for maximum sanitation and are NSF and FDA approved.
