: Sort the lentils and rinse in water thoroughly. Soak in water as desired. When ready to cook, placed the soaked lentils in a pot in fresh water, and bring water to boil, cook based on the recipe you choose.

Store in an airtight container in the cupboard or in a cool dry place.
Q: Do I need to wash it?
We advise to wash lentils before cooking in warm water for 2-3 minutes.
Q: Does all lentils look alike in shape and size?
These lentils are natural product, and we have sorted based on size in automatic sorting machine, but as these are natural products so please except that each lentil shape and size may vary from the next one.
Q: How long can I store it?
If you store in a cool dry pace in an air tight container, then it should be good for a year, but as humidity, and weather for every place is different, so we advise to inspect the lentils every time you use.
Q: Are these pre-washed?
No, these are not pre-washed but are sortex cleaned.
