All items listed here are professionally handled, evaluated, refurbished, tested, and calibrated to OEM specifications. We make sure that all the
    replacement components we use meet or exceed the manufacturer's standards
    . We back all our items with a minimum of one-year warranty unless otherwise specified.
    Terms of Sale

    2. All our items are guaranteed to be as close as pictured in the listing, and working condition, unless specified otherwise. Please use pictures are for reference only. Please ask all the necessary questions before the purchase.
    4. If you receive an item that is not in working condition on arrival, we will refund 100% of your purchase price including shipping costs. We must receive the item back for inspection before a refund being issued.

    Shipping
    1. If the item is not listed as free shipping, We will offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items. Final combined shipping rates will depend on item weight and dimensions.
    2. We can send a combined invoice for items purchased within (1) week. If we cannot send a combined invoice, we will still honor our combined shipping discount. These discounts will be reflected on your additional invoice.
    3. We ship items within 1 Business Day of receiving cleared payments.
    4. We can ship through express or overnight UPS service at the buyer's expense. Our daily shipping cut-off time for express shipments is 4:00 PM EST
    5. We offer Collect Shipping via UPS and FedEx.
    6. If the item is to be shipped via Freight, please contact us for a shipping quote. You may also choose to have your shipment picked up by your carrier. We will palatalize, strap, and shrink-wrap your shipment. We offer a 7 day courtesy holding period for our clients. Orders are subject to cancellation after 7 days.
    7. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will before bidding or buying.
    Returns
    1. All refund requests must be initiated within 30 Days of Date of Receipt. Transactions outside of 30 Days are not eligible for refunds.
    2. We offer Full Refunds for items that are Not as Described or Non-Functional. Please refer to the original listing for additional details and terms. Items must be received back for inspection before a refund.
    3. Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from the manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
