Made from exceptionally durable nylon, this premium quality drain shelf withstands temperatures between -40°F to 400°F without warping.
Just place the drain shelf between the bottom of the pan and the food.
It is an ideal choice for catering or buffets - your food will be prevented of getting soggy and sloppy. The moisture of the food will go under the shelf and the food will be safe.
The drain shelf is heat resistant and you can safely use it in the dishwasher, microwave, steam table or the oven.
