All orders within the continental US ship FREE! No matter how large or small, your item will be packed securely and delivered at no extra cost. For freight items, this includes packaging by crate, insurance and residential* liftgate delivery.
-Returns are also free! Return any item within 30 days without any questions asked!
-Timeline: Freight deliveries can be expected within seven to ten business days for in-stock items that have not been customized. For custom colors/stains, an additional one to three business days can be expected. Faucets and hardware ship same day, if ordered before 2 pm CST.
*Residential delivery includes curbside/sidewalk drop off. Currently, white glove delivery is not available. .
Faucet Customization
If you’d prefer to use your own faucet the price of the faucet can be refunded. Place your order as you would normally. In the checkout process you will see an option to add a note. Simply note that you would prefer no faucet and the price will be refunded.
If you would like to switch the faucet for another style that we carry or alternate finish; contact us to discuss options.
Color Customization

We do offer the option of changing the color of the exterior sink basin. Any colors from our designer curated library are free of charge. (Click the last photo to see the colors we currently carry.) If you’d prefer to use your own color we can use any shade from Sherwin Williams/Benjamin Moore or Farrow & Ball for a 100.00 fee. To request this, simply complete the purchase as normal and put a note in the order that you'd like to change the exterior color.
